Ashland announces new composites distribution agreement with POLYchem to cover Romania

BARCELONA, Spain – Ashland Performance Materials, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH), has signed a new distribution agreement for all of its composite products in Romania. On Nov. 1, POLYchem Handelsges m.b.h. of Austria became the authorized distributor of Ashland’s full line of polyester, vinyl ester, acrylic and phenolic resins, premium gelcoats and low-profile additives to the Romanian composites market. POLYchem is also currently the distributor for Ashland’s complete portfolio of composites products to manufacturers in Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Bulgaria.
