Ashland Hercules Water Technologies to increase prices on polyacrylamide polymers globally
WILMINGTON, Del. — Ashland Hercules Water Technologies, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH), will increase prices on Jan. 14 for its portfolio of polyacrylamide products. This will be a global price increase ranging from 5 to 15 percent, or as contracts allow.
Norbert Steiner, global business director, Ashland Hercules Water Technologies, said, “The continuing price increase of several critical raw materials, coupled with increases in energy and transportation costs has pushed us to again adjust our prices accordingly.
