Ashland announces composites distribution agreement with GRPMS covering Finland

BARCELONA, Spain – Ashland Performance Materials, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH), announced a new distribution agreement with GRPMS to cover Finland. GRPMS, an UMECO company, is currently the distributor for Ashland’s complete portfolio of high-performance composites products to manufacturers in the UK, Scandinavia and Estonia.

Under the new agreement, which became effective Oct. 1, GRPMS will distribute Ashland’s full line of polyester, vinyl ester, acrylic and phenolic resins, premium gelcoats and low-profile additives to the Finnish composites market.
