Sergio Pedreiro has more than 20 years’ experience in international finance and business administration across a diverse array of industries. He is an experienced board member, having served on both public and private boards. Most recently he was the chief operating officer at Revlon, and previously served as Coty’s chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Revlon, Pedreiro was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Estre Ambiental S.A., a NASDAQ-listed waste management company in Brazil. He began as a director of the then-private company in 2011 and was named CEO in 2015. Under his leadership, Pedreiro delivered top-line growth and margin expansion that resulted in double-digit year-over-year EBITDA growth. The company was recognized as a leading player in the waste management industry in Brazil. Pedreiro led the negotiations to combine Estre with Boulevard Acquisitions Corp. II, a NASDAQ listed SPAC in 2017.

Pedreiro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) in Brazil and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Stanford.
